What is Americano and why it rocks?
Americano is a unique padel format where each participant gets the chance to play with and against every other player. Points are accumulated individually based on performance in matches, which typically last for a set number of points, such as 32. Each point won by you and your partner adds to your personal score. For example, if a match ends 20-12, the winners earn 20 points each, and the losers receive 12 points each. This ensures that every point counts, adding to the fun and competitive spirit of Americano!

After each match, players rotate according to the schedule provided by our specialized software, and play another set of 32 points. The points from each match are combined to give a running total, culminating in final standings and the crowning of the tournament winner.

With our software, you won't need to worry about keeping track of scores or organizing matchups. Our system handles everything for you, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

We recommend playing to 16 or 32 points or another total that allows equal serves for each player. For uninterrupted play, it’s ideal to have groups of 4, 8, 12, 16 or 20 players, and so on, with corresponding numbers of courts: 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.
Typically, an Americano session with 16 point matches and 12/16 players takes around 2 hours to complete, making it the most popular format.
We hope you have a fantastic time playing Americano!
